Wholesome and Quick: Curd Rava Recipe for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Wheat Rava
  • Curd
  • Pomegranate
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Green Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Split Green Gram
  • Split Bengal Gram
  • Mustard Seeds

Prerequisite

  1. Grate the carrot
  2. Chop ginger and green chilli
  3. Cut the cucumber into small pieces

Recipe

Cooking Rava

In a tawa, pour 2 glasses of water and let it boil.

Add 1 cup of wheat rava and 1 spoon of salt and cook this for 10 minutes.

Sauteing

In another tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil and heat it.

Add 1 spoonful of mustard seeds, a small amount of curry leaves, 1/2 spoonful of chopped ginger, 1 green chilli, 1/2 cup of grated carrot, 1 spoonful of each split green gram, and split Bengal gram. Saute them for 5 minutes.

Preparing Curd Rava

Transfer the cooked wheat rava to a bowl. To the wheat rava add a cup of curd, sauteed masala, and mix well.

At last, add some pieces of cucumber and pomegranate.
