A Perfect Snack- Peanut Cashew Balls

Ingredients

  • Peanuts
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Ghee
  • Coconut
  • Jaggery
  • Milk

Prerequisite

  1. Grate the coconut

Recipe

Roasting Nuts

Before roasting, remove skin from the peanuts.

In a tawa, add 100g of peanuts, 50g of cashew nuts, and 2 spoons of ghee. Roast them until they reach light golden brown colour.

Make Nuts Powder

After roasting the nuts, make them as powder.

Roasting Coconut

In another tawa, add 1 cup of grated coconut and 1 cup of jaggery. Heat it well until the jaggery dissolves completely.

Once the jaggery dissolved, add the nuts powder and mix well. Let it cool.

Making Nuts Balls

Transfer the roasted coconut with nuts powder to a bowl and add 1/3 glass of boiled milk and make them small balls.
