- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Salt
- Sesame Oil
- Mustard Seeds
Prerequisite
- Cut tomatoes, green chilli, and onion into small pieces.
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
Recipe
In a tawa, add 7 spoons of sesame oil and heat it. Once the oil becomes hot, add 1 spoon of mustard seeds, 2 cinnamons, and fennel seeds.
Add 2 green chillies, a small amount of curry leaves, and 1 onion. Saute them well.
After the onion colour changes to golden brown, add 1 tomato, and 1 spoon ginger-garlic paste. Saute them.
Add 1 spoon chilli powder, 1 spoon chicken masala powder, 1/2 spoon curry masala powder, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder and mix well. Add 3 spoons of pepper powder.
Add 300 g of chicken, and 2 spoons of salt and mix well. Saute them in oil for 10 minutes. Next, add 11/2 glasses of water and cook the chicken for 30 minutes. At last, add 1 spoon of pepper powder and a small amount of coriander leaves.
