- Curry Masala Powder
- Corn Flour
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Salt

- Mustard Seeds
Prerequisite
- Cut mushrooms and cabbage into small pieces.
Recipe
Frying Mushroom
In a bowl, add a cup of mushroom, 1/2 cup of cabbage, 1/4 cup of maida, 2 spoons of corn flour, 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste, 2 spoons of chilli powder, 2 spoons of chicken masala powder, 1 spoon of curry masala powder, and a spoon of salt. Add 1/4 glass of water and knead them well. Make those vegetables small balls.
Fry them in oil.
Making Masala
Grinding Tomatoes
Take 2 tomatoes and grind them well. No need to add water.
Mixing Corn Flour
Take a spoonful of corn flour add 1/2 glass of water and mix well.
Preparing
In a tawa, add 5 spoons of oil and heat well. Add 1/2 spoonful of mustard seeds, a small number of curry leaves, and grinded tomatoes. Cook them until the raw smell of tomato is removed.
Add the mixed corn flour, 1 glass of water, and 1 spoon of salt. Let them boil.
Next, add the fried mushroom balls and mix well.
