Ingredients
- Soya Chunks
- Bread
- Green Chilli
- Cumin Seeds
- Fennel Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Onion
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- Gram Flour
- Maida
Pre-requisite
- Cut 4 slices of bread into small pieces.
- Cut green chilli into small pieces.
Recipe
Making The Dough
In a mixer jar, add the small pieces of bread, 1 green chilli, 50 g of Soya chunks, 1 spoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds, 1 onion, a little number of curry leaves, and coriander leaves, and 1 spoon of salt. Grind them as a paste.
In to that paste, add 4 spoons of gram flour and 2 spoons of maida and mix well.
Frying
Make the prepared flour into small pieces of shapes and deep fry them in oil.
