- Brinjal
- Fish Fry Masala
- Curry Masala Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Gram Flour
- Corn Flour
- Asafoetida Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Salt
Recipe
Cutting Brinjal
Take 2 brinjals and cut them into small slices of circle.
Preparing Masala
In a bowl, take 4 spoons of gram flour, 2 spoons of corn flour, a pinch of asafoetida powder, 1 spoon of chilli powder, 1/2 spoon of curry masala powder, 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of fish fry masala, 1 spoon of salt, and a little drops of water. Mix well. The masala should be in paste form.
Applying Masala On Brinjal
Now, apply the prepared masala to the brinjal.
Frying
In a pan, take some sunflower oil, and fry the brinjal.
