Crispy And Crunchy Rava Vada Recipe

Ingredients

  • Rava
  • Fennel Seeds
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Onion
  • Green Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Curd
  • Maid
  • Salt

Prerequisite

  1. Cut the onion and green chilli into small pieces.
  2. Chop the ginger.

Recipe

Roasting The Rava

In a tawa, add a cup of rava, 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds, and 2 spoons of sunflower oil. Roast it until it reaches a light golden brown colour.

Preparing The Batter

Transfer the roasted rava to a bowl, add 1 onion, 2 green chillies,1/2 spoon of chopped ginger, a little amount of curry leaves and coriander leaves. Add salt, a cup of curd, and 2 spoons of maida. Knead them well.

Frying

In a tawa, take the oil required for frying and fry the vada.
