Creamy Carrot Bliss- Carrot Payasam Recipe

Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Milk
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Raisins
  • Ghee

Prerequisite

  1. Grate the carrot.

Recipe

Roasting The Cashew Nuts And Raisins

Take 3 spoons of ghee in a tawa, add raisins and cashew nuts, and roast them well.

Preparing The Payasam

In a tawa, take 3 glasses of water and boil the water. Add 1/2 cup of sago and cook it for 5 minutes.

Add a cup of grated carrots.

Next, add a cup of sugar and cook it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add a cup of boiled milk and mix well. Add 1/2 spoon of cardamom powder, 5 spoons of ghee, and roasted nuts, and mix well.
