Crispy Masala Poori Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • Curry Masala Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Onion
  • Green Chilli
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Fennel Seeds
  • Wheat Flour
  • Potato

Prerequisite

  1. Cook the potatoes and mash them well.
  2. Cut the onion and green chilli into small pieces.

Recipe

Preparing The Batter

Take 200 g of wheat flour in a bowl and add 1 spoon of salt.
Add 5 spoons of oil and water as required and knead them well. The consistency of this should be like poori batter.

Preparing Masala

In a tawa, add 3 spoons of oil and heat the oil.
Add 1 spoon of fennel seeds, a small amount of curry leaves, 1 onion, 2 green chillies, and 1 spoon of turmeric powder. Saute them in oil.

Add 1 spoon of chilli powder and curry masala powder. Saute them. Add a cup of mashed potatoes and salt. Mix well. At last, add some coriander leaves.

Stuffing Masala

Stuff the masala within the poori by making layers. Fry them in oil.
