Egg Pepper Fry Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Curry Leaves
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Sesame Oil
  • Fennel Seeds
  • Onion
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Pepper Powder
  • Salt

Prerequisite

  1. Boil eggs and cut them into two pieces.
  2. Cut onion and tomato into small pieces.

Recipe

Preparing Masala

In a mixer jar, add 1 onion, 1 tomato, a little amount of curry leaves, and 1/2 spoon of cumin seeds.

Grind them well.

Preparing Egg Fry

In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sesame oil and heat well. Add 1 spoon of fennel seeds, a small amount of curry leaves, 1 onion, and 1 spoon of turmeric powder. Saute them in oil.

Add the prepared masala and cook these until the raw smell gets removed.

Add 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of chilli powder, and 1 spoon of pepper powder. Mix well.

Add the boiled egg. And cook for 10 minutes by keeping the flame low.
