- Grate the coconut.
Recipe
Toasting The Bread
Take a slice of bread and cut it into two pieces (in a triangle shape). Place the slice of bread in a pan, add some ghee, and toast it.
Roasting The Coconut
Take a cup of grated coconut in a pan and roast it by adding ghee. Roast it until it reaches a light golden brown color.
Roasting Cashew Nuts
Take 1/2 cup of Cashew nuts in a tawa and roast it. There is no need to add any ghee or oil while roasting the cashew nuts.
Making Milk Cream
In a tawa, add 500 ml of milk and heat the milk. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, and 4 spoons of maida(mix maida with water and add) and mix well. At last, add 2 cardamom. The consistency of the milk should be like the condensed milk.
Making The Cake
Take 2 slices of roasted bread, place the first slice and apply the milk cream, and above that place the second slice and apply the milk cream. At last, sprinkle the roasted coconut and cashews.
