How to Make Chicken Idly Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • Idli
  • Chicken
  • Egg
  • Pepper Powder
  • Chicken Masala Powder
  • Curry Masala Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Tomato
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ginger- Garlic Paste
  • Fennel Seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Green chilli
  • Onion

Prerequisite

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Cut the onion, green chilli, and tomato into small pieces.
  3. Mash the idlis.

Recipe

Frying Egg

Take 5 spoons of oil in a tawa, add 2 eggs, and 1 spoon of pepper powder, and fry them.

Preparing Chicken Idli

In a tawa, add 5 spoons of oil, 2 cinnamon, 1 spoon of fennel seeds, a little amount of curry leaves, 1 onion, 1 spoo of ginger-garlic paste, and 2 green chillies. Saute them in oil. Once the reach a light golden brown colour, add 2 tomatoes and saute them.

Add 1 spoon of curry masala powder, 1/2 spoon of chilli powder, and 1/2 spoon of chicken masala powder and mix well.

Next, add 100 g of chicken. Add salt and 1 glass of water. Cook the chicken well. Add the roasted egg. And at last, add the cup of mashed idlis and mix well. Add some coriander leaves.
