Homemade Chocolate Cake Without Oven- Simple Pleasures

Ingredients

  • Biscuits
  • Egg
  • Maida
  • Chocolate
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Sugar
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Baking Soda

Recipe

Preparing Cake Batter

Take 10 biscuits(here we used Oreo biscuits) and break them into small pieces. In a mixer jar, add the pieces of biscuits, and 4 spoons of sugar and grind them well.

In a bowl, take an egg and beat well. Add the grinded biscuits, 1/2 spoon of baking soda, 2 spoons of maida, 50 grams of dark chocolate(melt the chocolate or cut them into very small pieces), and 3 spoons of sunflower oil. Mix well.

Decoring The Cake

In a bowl, add some oil and cashew nut(cut them into small pieces), transfer the batter to that bowl, and make it look even. And add some cashew nuts above the batter.

Baking

In a pot, take 2 cups of salt and set a stand setup(to make a little gap between the salt and the bowl containing the batter). Close well and Pre-heat this for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, place the bowl with cake batter on the stand and close the pot. Cook this for 30 minutes. Once the pot becomes hot, make sure that the stove is in low flame.
