Homemade Ice Cream- Enjoy Every Scoop

Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Sugar
  • Corn Flour
  • Rice Flour
  • Cashew Nuts

Recipe

In a bowl, add some amount of dark chocolates( while adding chocolates into a bowl, keep the flame low), melt the chocolate, add 300 ml of milk and 3 spoons of sugar and boil the milk.

Take 2 spoons of corn flour and 4 spoons of rice flour, mix them with water and add to the boiling milk, and mix well.

Let the boiling milk and flour become a paste. Let it cool and transfer it to another bowl. Add some Cashew Nuts in the top layer and keep them in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
