Recipe
Roasting The Wheat
Take a cup of wheat and wash it with water. In a tawa, add a cup of wheat and roast it until the colour changes. Next grind the roasted wheat.
Cooking the Wheat
Transfer the grinded wheat to a bowl and add sugar as required and 1/2 glass of milk. Mix well. Next, cook this in idli streamer. After cooking, add some ghee, cashew nuts, and grated coconut.
