- Cut the potatoes into small pieces

Recipe
Preparing The Masala
To a mixer jar, add 1 spoon of chopped ginger, 1 tomato, 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds, 1 spoon of gram flour, 2 spoons of rice flour, and 1 spoon of chilli powder. Grind them.
Making Potato Fry
In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil. Heat the oil. Add the potatoes and saute them in oil. Add salt as required and the prepared masala paste. Mix them well. Cook them until the raw smell gets removed. At last, add some coriander leaves.
