Prerequisite
- Cut onion, tomato, and capsicum into thin slices.
Recipe
Making The Dough
Take 200 g of maida in a bowl, add 1 1/2 spoons of salt, 1 cup of curd, 1/4 glass of water, and 2 spoons of oil. Knead well. The consistency of the batter should be like chapati dough but a little bit softer than that. Keep it undisturbed for 2 hours.
Preparing Pizza
Spread the dough on a plate in small pieces (a little thicker).
In a dough, apply 1 spoonful of chilli sauce, 2 spoons of tomato sauce, 1 slice of tomato, 3 slices of onion, some pieces of capsicum, and cheese as you wish.
Cooking Pizza
In a tawa, add 2 cups of salt and make a stand to place the plate. Preheat it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes place the pizza dough and cook for 20 minutes.
At last, add some chilli flakes.
