Recipe
Grating Papaya
Take 1 papaya(250 g) and peel the skin. Grate well.
Cooking Papaya
Add the grated papaya and 1 glass of water to a pressure cooker and cook them for 1 whistle.
Making Halwa
Transfer the cooked papaya into a tawa, and 1 cup of sugar. Mix well. Cook this until the added sugar dissolves completely. Add some amount of ghee and oil in between.
Add 1/2 cup of cashew nuts and 1 cardamom.
Stir this slowly until it reaches the halwa consistency.
