Mango Magic: A Delectable Homemade Mango IceCream Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mango
  • Milk
  • Milk Powder
  • Sugar
  • Almonds

Recipe

Grinding Mangoes

Take 2 mangoes and peel the skin. Cut them into small pieces.

Transfer the mango pieces to a mixer jar, add a cup of milk powder, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of milk. Grind them well.

Cooking Mango

Transfer the grinded mango to a tawa, and stir slowly.

Add 1 cup of milk. Mix them well and cook for 5 minutes.

Freezing

Transfer the prepared mango ice-cream into a container and add some mango pulp and almonds.

Freeze it for 6 hours.
