Ingredients
- Chicken
- Potatoes
- Corn Flour
- Maida
- Curd
- Salt
- Sunflower Oil
- Onion
- Green Chilli
- Fennel Seeds
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Pepper Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Curry Masala Powder
- Chicken Masala Powder
Prerequisite
- Chop the curry leaves, coriander leaves, onion, and green chilli.
Recipe
Cooking Chicken
In a tawa, add 200g of chicken, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 spoon of salt, and 1/2 glass of water. Cook this for 10 minutes and mash well.
Mashing Potatoes
Boil 3 potatoes and mash them well.
Preparing Chicken Cutlet
Transfer the cooked chicken to a bowl and add mashed potatoes, 4 spoons of corn flour, 4 spoons of maida, a small amount of curry leaves and coriander leaves, 2 green chillies, 1/2 cup of chopped onions, 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds, 1 spoon of salt, and 1 spoon of curd.
And add 1 spoon of chilli powder, 1/2 spoon of pepper powder, 1 spoon of curry masala powder, 1 spoon of chicken masala powder, and 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste. Knead well.
Make small pieces of cutlets.
Frying Cutlets
In a tawa, add the required sunflower oil for frying and heat it.
Fry the prepared cutlets in oil.
