Recipe
Making Tamarind Water
Take 50g of tamarind and soak it in a glass of water for 10 minutes. And mix them well and filter them.
Preparing Jam
In a tawa, pour the prepared tamarind water and let it boil.
Add 50g of sugar and mix well. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Add a spoonful of corn flour mixed with water. Stir slowly for 10 minutes. At last, add a spoonful of sunflower oil (optional).
