Savor the Season: Homemade Mango Sago Jelly Delight



Ingredients
  • Sago
  • Mango
  • Sugar

Prerequisite

  1. Take a mango, peel the skin, and cut it into small pieces.

Recipe

Grinding

Take a cup of sago and soak them in boiled water for 2 hours.

Preparing Jelly

Transfer the soaked sago to a mixer jar, and add mango and 1/2 cup of sugar. Grind them well.

Transfer the grinded sago to a tawa and stir slowly until it reaches the jelly consistency.
