Prerequisite
- Cut onion, coriander leaves, and green chili into small pieces.
Recipe
Frying Mushroom
Take 250g of mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
To the mushroom, add 50g of cornflour, 25g of maida, 1 spoon of curry masala powder, 1 spoon of gram flour, 3 spoons of chili powder, 1 spoon of pepper powder, 2 spoons of chicken masala powder, 1 spoon of salt, and 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste. Mix them well.
In a tawa, pour the required amount of sunflower oil to fry the mushroom and let the oil become hot.
Fry the prepared mushrooms for 10 minutes.
Sauteing
In another tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil and heat it.
Add a little amount of curry leaves, 1 cup of chopped onion, and 2 green chilies, and saute them well.
Add the corn flour mixed water (1 spoon of corn flour and 1/2 glass of water) and mix well.
Next, add the fried mushrooms, 2 spoons of soya sauce, 1 spoon of lemon juice, and 1 spoon of red chili sauce. Mix them well.
Add a pinch of salt if needed, and at last, add some coriander leaves.
