- Corn Flour
- Potatoes
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
Recipe
Preparing Potatoes
Take 300g of potatoes and peel the skin completely.
Cut them into small pieces.
Applying Masala
To the potatoes, add 1 spoon of coriander powder, 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 spoon of pepper powder, 5 spoons of corn flour, 1 spoon of chilli powder, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, 4 spoons gram flour, 1 spoon of curry masala powder.
Add 1 spoonful of salt, a small amount of curry leaves, and coriander leaves. Mix them well.
Frying The Potatoes
In a tawa, add the required amount of sunflower oil for frying the potatoes. Let it heat.
Fry the potatoes in oil for 10 minutes.
