Prerequisite
- Grate the carrots.
Recipe
STEP 1: In a tawa, add 400g of grated carrot and pour 1 glass of water. Cook the carrot for 10 minutes.
STEP 2: After 10 minutes, add 200g of sugar and mix well. Cook this for 10 minutes.
STEP 3: Add 1/2 cup of cashew nuts.
STEP 4: Add 50ml of sunflower oil and 50ml of ghee in between the process of cooking.
