Crispy Sweet Corn Chilli Recipe

 


Ingredients

  • Sweet Corn
  • Curry Masala Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Lemon
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Corn Flour
  • Gram Flour
  • Pepper Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Chicken Masala Powder
  • Salt

Recipe

Cooking Sweet Corn

Take 300 g of sweet corn, pour 1/2 litre glass of water, and add 1/2 spoon of salt. Cook well.

Preparing

To the boiled sweet corn, add 50 g of gram flour, 50 g of corn flour ,1 spoon of each chilli powder, chicken masala powder, curry masala powder, coriander powder, and pepper powder.

Next, add 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 1/2 spoon of salt, a little amount of coriander leaves, and 1/4 glass of water. Mix them well.

Frying

Next, fry the prepared sweet corn in oil.
