Prerequisite
- Clean and wash 400g of chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Chop ginger, onion, and garlic.
Recipe
In a tawa, take 10 spoons of sesame oil and let it become hot.
Once the oil becomes hot, add 1 spoon of fennel seeds and 1/2 spoon of cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
Add 150g of chopped onion and saute them in oil. Once the onion reaches light golden brown colour, add 2 spoons of chopped ginger and garlic. Add 1 small-sized tomato (optional) and a small number of curry leaves.
Add a spoonful of turmeric powder and 15 red chillies (deseeded). Saute them.
Add 400g of chicken, and 1 1/2 spoons of salt, and sprinkle a little amount of water.
Keep it closed and cook for 20 minutes.
