  • Curd
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Mustard Seed
  • Curry Leaves
  • Chana Dal
  • Ginger
  • Green Chilli
  • Rice
  • Salt

Ingredients For Mango Fries

  • Mango
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Red Chilli
  • Chana Dal
  • Chilli Powder

Prerequisite

  1. Boil a cup of rice
  2. Cut 1 mango into small pieces
  3. Cut 1 green chilli into small pieces
  4. Chop the ginger

Recipe

Preparing Curd Rice

In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil. Once the oil becomes hot, add 1 spoon of mustard seeds, a little amount of curry leaves, 1 spoon of chana dal, 1 spoon of chopped ginger, and 1 green chilli. Saute them in oil.

Add a cup of curd to the boiled rice, 1 1/2 spoons of salt, and add the sauteed masala to the rice. Mix well.

Preparing Mango Fries

In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil, and let the oil become hot. Add 1/2 spoonful of mustard seeds, a little amount of curry leaves, 1 red chilli, and 2 spoons of chana dal. Saute them in oil.

Add mango, salt as required, and 2 spoons of chilli powder. Cook these until the raw smell gets removed.
