Prerequisite
- Cut the onion, green chilli, and tomato into small pieces.
Recipe
Cooking Green Grams
Take 1/2 cup of green grams and pour 2 cups of water. Cook this for 10 minutes and filter the water from it.
Preparing Green Gram Rice
In a tawa, take 4 spoons of sesame oil and let it become hot.
Add 1 spoon of mustard seeds and 1 spoon of cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
Add a small number of curry leaves, 2 spoons of split green grams, 1 onion, 1 green chilli, and 1 tomato. Saute them in oil.
Add 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder, and 1 spoon of chilli powder. Saute them.
Add 1/2 cup of cooked green grams and mix well.
Add 1 cup of boiled rice and 1 1/2 spoons of salt. Mix well. At last, add some coriander leaves.
