- Wheat
- Banana
- Jaggery
- Coconut
- Cardamom
- Sunflower Oil
Prerequisite
- Cut the banana into small pieces.
- Grate the coconut.
Recipe
Preparing The Batter
In a bowl, add a cup of wheat, 1 cup of jaggery, 1 banana, and 5 cardamoms. Grind them well.
Add a cup of grated coconut and mix well.
Frying
In a tawa, take 300ml of sunflower oil and heat it. Then take batter in a spoon, pour them in oil, and fry them.
