- Sugar
- Milk
- Sunflower Oil
- Cardamom
- Baking Soda
Recipe
Steaming Maida
In an idli streamer, add a cup of maida and a cup of sugar forming a layer, and steam it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, transfer the maida to a bowl and powder it well.
Preparing Dough
In the steamed maida, add a pinch of baking soda, 2 cardamoms, and 3 spoons of sunflower oil. Knead them well. The dough consistency should be softer.
Frying
Cut the prepared dough into small pieces.
Take the required amount of oil for deep frying. Fry the dough in oil.
