Crispy And Spicy Masala Poori Recipe

Ingredients

  • Green Peas
  • Gram Flour
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Tomato
  • Chicken Masala Powder
  • Curry Masala Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper Powder
  • Onion
  • Puffed Rice
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Carrot

Prerequisite

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Cut the onion, tomato, and green chilli into small pieces.

Recipe

Cooking Green Peas

Take 250g of green peas and soak it in water for 5 hours. Next, add in it a pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water and cook for 1 whistle.

Preparing Gram Flour Mix

Take 4 spoons of gram flour and add 1/2 glass of water and mix well.

Preparing Masala

In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil and heat it.

Add 1 spoon of mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add a little amount of curry leaves, and 1 tomato. Saute them in oil.

Add the prepared gram flour mix, 1 spoon of each chicken masala powder, curry masala powder, and chilli powder and cook this until it becomes think.

Next, add the boiled green peas without filtering the water, add 1 1/2 spoons of salt and 1 spoon of pepper powder. Let it boil for 5 minutes.

Preparing Mini Poori

Next prepare mini poori to add with masala.

Serving

In a serving bowl, add some prepared masala, prepared mini poori, grated carrot, chopped onions, puffed rice, and coriander leaves.
