Ingredients
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Maida

Prerequisite
- Grate the carrots.
- Cut cabbage, onion, and coriander leaves into small pieces.
Recipe
Preparing Balls
In a bowl, add a cup of cabbage, 1 cup of grated carrot, 1/4 cup of coriander leaves, 1/2 cup of maida, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of curry masala powder, 1 1/2 spoons of chilli powder, 1/4 glass of water. Knead them well.
Make them small balls(apply oil in hand).
Frying Veg Balls
Next, fry the prepared veg balls.
Preparing Rice Flour Mix
Take 2 spoons of rice flour, add 1/2 glass of water and mix well.
Preparing Veg Balls
In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil, a small number of curry leaves, 1/4 cup of chopped onions, and 1/2 spoon of ginger-garlic paste. Saute them well.
Add 1/4 cup of each grated carrot and cabbage. Saute them in oil.
Add 1 spoon of curry masala powder, 1 spoon of chilli powder, 2 spoons of tomato sauce, 1 spoon of chilli sauce, the prepared rice mix, and 1 1/2 spoon of salt. Mix them well.
Add 1/2 glass of water and let them boil. Cook this until the raw smell gets removed.
Once the raw smell gets removed, add the prepared veg balls. Mix well. At last, add some coriander leaves.
