- Lemon
- Maida
- Rava

- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Curry Masala Powder
- Pepper Powder
- Salt
- Sunflower Oil
Recipe
Cutting Breads
Take a slice of bread and cut its skin on four sides.
Preparing Masala
In a bowl, add 3 spoons of gram flour, 2 spoons of maida, 1 spoon of rava, 1 spoon of curry masala powder, 1 spoon of chilli powder, 1 spoon of pepper powder, 1 spoon of salt, 1/2 spoon of ginger-garlic paste, a spoon of lemon juice, and 1/4 glass of water. Mix well.
Applying Masala
In a bread slice, apply the prepared masala on every side. Sprinkle some rave on the bread slices.
Frying
Take 250ml of sunflower oil in a tawa, and heat it.
Fry the bread slices.
