Crispy And Healthy Corn Dosa Recipe

Ingredients

  • Corn
  • Dosa Batter
  • Onion
  • Green Chilli
  • Salt
  • Sesame Oil
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Chana Dal
  • Curry Leaves

Prerequisite

  1. Cut onion and green chilli into small pieces.

Recipe

Grind Corn

In a mixer jar, add 1/2 cup of corn(no need to cook them) and 1/2 spoon salt. And grind them well.

Preparing the Batter

Take 1/2 cup of dosa batter and mix the grinded corn that we already prepared.

Sauteing

In a tawa, add 4 spoons of sesame oil and heat it.
Add 1/2 spoonful of cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add 1 spoonful of chana dal, 1/2 cup of chopped onions, 1 green chilli, and a very small amount of curry leaves. Saute them in oil.

Mixing The Batter

With the prepared batter add the sauteed onion and mix well.

Preparing Dosa

Now you can make dosas with this batter.
