Ingredients

- Masala Powder
- Curd
- Salt
Prerequisite
- Peel 250g of potatoes.
- Cut 4 tomatoes, 1 onion, and 3 green chillies into small pieces.
Masala Powder
Add cinnamon, fennel seeds, and cardamom and grind them.
Recipe
Cooking Rice
In a bowl, pour 5 glasses of water and heat well.
Add 2 glasses of rice and cook for 5 minutes.
Frying Potatoes
In a tawa, add 200 ml of sunflower oil and heat it.
Add 250g of Potatoes and fry them until they reach a golden brown colour.
Making Biryani
In a cooker, add 50ml of sunflower oil and 1 spoon of ghee. Heat them.
Add 2 spoons of masala powder, 1/2 cup of onion, 3 green chillies, 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste, a little amount of mint leaves, and 4 tomatoes. Saute them in oil.
Add fried potatoes, 1/2 cup of cashew nuts, 1 spoon of biryani masala, 1 spoon of chicken masala, 2 spoons of curd, and 1 spoon of salt. Add 3 spoons of ghee and mix them well.
Pour 1/2 glass of water and let them boil.
Next, add the boiled rice and some coriander leaves. Cook this for a whistle.
