Prerequisites
- Cut onion, green chili, ginger, and tomato into small pieces.
- Clean the chicken.
Recipe
Preparing Masala
In a mixer jar, add 1 onion, 1 green chili, 1 tomato, a small amount of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 spoons of chili powder, 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds, 1 spoon of each pepper powder, and coriander powder, and 1 spoon of lemon juice.
Sauteing The Chicken
In a cooker, pour 50 ml of sesame oil, add 2 chicken leg pieces, and fry them in oil for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add the prepared masala and mix well.
Add 1 spoonful of salt.
Cook this for one whistle.
Next, let the masala boil for 5 minutes, and add 1 spoon of pepper powder and a small amount of coriander leaves.
