Prerequisite
- Here we use the cooked chicken from the prepared gravy. Here we used 500g of chicken for gravy and I took out 300g of chicken from the gravy for fry.
- Chop the onion.
- Cut green chilli and tomato into small pieces.
Recipe
In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sesame oil and heat it.
Add 1/2 spoon of mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped onions, 2 green chillies, 1 spoonful of ginger-garlic paste, a small amount of curry leaves, and 1 tomato. Saute them in oil until they reach a light golden brown colour.
Add 300g of chicken, 1 spoon of each chicken masala powder and chilli powder, 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder, and 1 spoon of salt. Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of chicken gravy(optional). Cook for 10 minutes.
Add a small amount of pepper and 2 spoons of pepper powder. Mix well.
At last, add some coriander leaves.
