Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Bread

- Sunflower Oil
- Carrot

- Curry Leaves
- Green Chilli

- Curry Masala Powder
- Chicken Masala Powder
- Coriander Leaves
Prerequisite
- Cut carrot, beans, onion, and green chilli into small pieces.
Recipe
Boiling Potatoes
Take 200g of potatoes, boil them, and remove the skin.
Mash half of the boiled potatoes. Keep another half aside.
Preparing Dough
In a mixer jar, add 6 slices of bread (cut bread slices into small pieces), 100g of boiled potatoes, 1 spoon of salt, and 1 spoon of chilli powder. Grind them without adding water.
After grinding them, add 6 spoons of rice flour, 1/4 glass of water and 3 spoons of sunflower oil. Knead them.
Boiling Vegetables
Take 1/4 cup of each carrot, beans, and green peas, and boil them.
Preparing Masala
In a tawa, add 3 spoons of sunflower oil and heat it.
Add 1/2 spoonful of fennel seeds, a small number of curry leaves, 1 green chilli, and 1/2 cup of chopped onions. Saute them well.
Add 1 spoon of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of each chilli powder, curry masala powder, and chicken masala powder. Saute them.
Add the boiled vegetables and mashed potatoes. Add 1 spoonful of salt and coriander leaves.
Preparing Veg Rolls
Take a small size of the prepared dough and spread it like for chapati. Place some prepared masala and cover the masala completely using this dough. And fry them in oil.
