Veg Noodles Recipe: Spicy And Tasty

Ingredients

  • Noodles
  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • Cabbage
  • Red Chilli
  • Green Peas
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Sauce
  • Red Chilli Sauce
  • Soya Sauce
  • Chicken Masala Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Pepper Powder
  • Noodles Masala

Prerequisite

  1. Cut carrots, beans, and cabbage into small pieces.
  2. Slice the red chillies.
  3. Boil a cup of green peas.

Recipe

Boiling Noodles

In a bowl, pour 2 cups of water, add 1 spoon of sunflower oil and let it boil.

Add a cup of noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

Preparing Noodles

In a tawa, add 5 spoons of sunflower oil and heat it.

Fry 3 red chillies in the oil(Cut the red chillies into small slices) and take out them, keep them aside.

In the same pan, add 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste and saute well.

Add 1 cup of each carrot, beans, and cabbage. Saute them in oil.

Add 1 cup of boiled green peas and 1 spoonful of salt. Mix them well.

Add 2 spoons of chilli powder and 1 spoon of chicken masala powder. Mix well.

Next, add the boiled noodles, 3 spoons of noodles masala powder, 1 spoon of red chilli sauce, and 3 spoons of Soya Sauce, and mix them well.

At last, add the fried red chillies.
