Kesari Recipe- Sweetest Delight

  • Rava
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Raisins
  • Cardamom
  • Oil

Recipe

Roasting Nuts

In a tawa, add 3 spoons of ghee, a cup of cashew nuts, and raisins. Roast them until the colour changes to a golden brown.

Roasting Rava

Take 250 g of rava in a tawa, add 4 spoons of oil, and roast them until the color changes to a golden brown.

Preparing Kesari

Take 1 1/2 cups of water in another tawa, and add a pinch of Kesari Powder (or any food colour). Let it boil.

Add the roasted rava and mix well. Add rava slowly and mix well. Add 5 spoons of each oil and ghee in between. Once the rava is cooked, add 250 g of sugar and mix them well.

Once the sugar dissolves completely, add the roasted nuts and mix well.
