Ingredients
- Chapathi
- Tomato
- Curry Leaves

- Green Chilli
- Fennel Seeds

- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Beans
- Salt
- Oil
Prerequisite
- Cut cabbage, carrot, beans, onion, and green chili into small pieces.
- Chop ginger and garlic.
Recipe
Cutting Chapathi
Take 4 chapatis and cut them into small pieces.
Cooking Green Peas
Take 1/2 cup of green peas and soak them in water for 30 minutes. And cook them partially.
Frying Chapathi
In a tawa, add 7 spoons of sunflower oil and heat the oil.
Add a spoonful of fennel seeds, 1 spoonful of chopped ginger, and 1 spoon of chopped garlic. Saute them in oil.
Add a small amount of curry leaves, 1 onion, and a tomato. Saute them in oil. Next, add a spoonful of each chicken masala powder, curry masala powder, and chili powder. Mix well. Add a cup of carrot, beans (you may add other vegetables too), cabbage (altogether in a cup), and 1/2 cup of cooked green peas. Add 1/2 glass of water to cook the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add chapati and a spoon of salt. Mix well and at last, add some coriander leaves.
