- Sugar
- Coconut
- Ghee
Prerequisite
- Grate the coconut.
Recipe
Roasting
In a tawa, add 250 g of rice flour, and 1 spoon of ghee, and roast them for 5 minutes.
Preparing
Transfer the roasted rice flour to a bowl.
To the roasted rice flour, add 1 cup of grated coconut and 1 cup of sugar.
Add 1/4 glass of water and mix them well.
Take a piece of butter paper and roll the butter paper by filling the prepared flour within it.
Cooking
In an idli steamer, cook this for 15 minutes.
