Mundhiri Palkova Recipe

  • Milk
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Sugar
  • Almonds
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom

Recipe

Making Cashew Nuts Powder

Take a cup of cashew nuts and grind them well.

Preparing Palkova

In a tawa, add 500 ml of milk and stir slowly until the milk gets thicker.

Add a cup of sugar and mix well. Let them boil well. Next, add cashew nut powder and mix well. Add some amount of ghee in between. Add a pinch of cardamom.

Stir them slowly until it reaches a Palkova consistency. At last, decorate with almonds.
