- Maida
- Gram Flour
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Chilli Powder
- Chicken Masala Powder
- Curry Masala Powder
- Sunflower Oil

Preparing
Take a snake gourd and cut it into small pieces.
Add 1 spoonful of salt to that snake gourd and keep it for half an hour.
After half an hour, remove the water from the snake gourd.
Add 2 spoons of gram flour, 1 spoon of maida, 1 spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of chicken masala powder, and 1/2 spoon of curry masala powder.
Mix them well.
Frying
After mixing the masala, pour the oil into a pan and heat it.
Once the oil becomes hot, fry the snake gourd in the sunflower oil.
