Prerequisite
- Cut tomatoes, green chilli, mint, and coriander leaves into small pieces.
Recipe
Preparing Masala
In a mixer jar, add 2 red chillies, 50g of garlic, 25g of ginger, 2 spoons of fennel seeds, and 1 cardamom. Grind them well.
Preparing Biryani
In a cooker, add 50ml of sunflower oil and let it heat. Add 1 spoonful of fennel seeds, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 50g of onion, 3 green chillies, and the prepared masala. Saute them for 5 minutes.
Add 2 bay leaves, 3 tomatoes, 1/2 cup of mint, 150g of mutton, 1 spoon of each biryani masala powder and chicken masala powder, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 3 spoons of ghee and saute well.
Add 300g of rice, 4 glasses of water, some coriander leaves, and the required salt. Let it boil.
Cook this for 1 whistle. At last, add some ghee.
